Insurance :
We are a private pay practice and considered an Out of Network (OON) provider. This means we personally do not accept insurance, however, your insurance provider may reimburse you for sessions if that option is in your plan. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if they have this facet available for you. Reimbursement rates typically range from 50-80% for plans that have OON coverage for psychotherapy.
Our services can be applied to your deductible. Once payment is made with our office by the client directly, we can then provide client with a Superbill in order for them to file for reimbursement with their insurance carrier.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Forms of Payment Accepted
All major credit cards are accepted for payment. Health Care Spending Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
Cancellation Policy
We know that last minute things pop up. If you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full fee.
